Seveta Passed Away
Our fish, Seveta, passed away today. He had been looking sickly the past few days. He would not eat today. I even changed his water for him today. Mark and I could tell that his end was near. We got him 1 year and 5 days ago. Even though he was just a fish, we will miss him.

We haven’t shared it with them. He died late this evening. We told them he was very sick today. We will tell them in the morning.

I think I was the saddest when our fish died, even though he belonged to Megan. I had gotten used to feeding him when I made my morning coffee.

My deepest condolences! I can empathize. I wrote a memorial for my fish Jud Jaxon when he died. He was a black balloon fish.

Mark told them on Sunday. Camden said he wanted to draw a picture of Seveta. Instead he wrote about her in his journal.

If you had asked, I imagine that Brian would have sung at his funeral. There was a song when I was young which would have fit. I can’t remember much about it, but it was something like “Three little fishies going Wat-um-poo”. We had some very intellectual music during the ’40s.
