The Circle of Life

It is with a heavy heart that I share the news of my maternal Grandfather’s (Henry Bailey) passing. He joined the Lord on Mon. Jan 23rd at 5:30pm EST. He had been struggling with recovery of several strokes recently.

Thankfully, the whole “Bailey” family made it to New York for Thanksgiving just a few months ago. We were able to spend some time together. Grandpa will be missed by all.

It is my prayer that our family in New York finds comfort from the Lord during this time of grief.

Heather, sweetie, I send sympathy to you and your family. I’m so glad you’ve gotten to see your grandpa over the years, and especially last fall, and that he knew of Carsten’s coming. My prayers are with you and all the Baileys.

    Love, Aunt Donna

After my busy week with Doris here, I didn’t read your message until this morning. I’ll never forget how your Grandpa Bailey came to see you that summer of 1979, when you were four years old, (I think), with us in New York . He brought you Drooper Dog, and I took a picture of you sitting on Grandpa’s lap. I’m so glad that you were there last Thanksgiving, and that you have seen him through the years.
My prayers are with you, your mom, and the rest of your family.

Heather, I’m so sorry to hear of your grandfather’s passing. I know you are doubly glad you got to spend time with him last fall. Take care of yourselves (hope you are all getting healthy again) and that new baby. (Somehow I missed this posting and just read it. Please forgive my tardiness.)
    Love and prayers, Aunt Dianna
