Waiting…waiting…
This evening after bath time, Camden and Carsten were writing a Get Well card to their friend Sinjan. Sinjan got hit in the face with a swing and needed stitches in his cheek. The boys were over at Sinjan’s house while Mark and I were out to dinner. So Camden was using the marker drawing a very special picture. Here is the dialog:
Carsten “Me use that marker when you all done Tamden”
Camden: “Ok”
Carsten (tapping his finger to his cheek): “Waiting…waiting…waiting…You all done?”
Camden: “No”
Carsten (tapping his finger to his cheek): “Waiting…waiting…waiting…You all done?”
Camden: “No”
Carsten (tapping his finger to his cheek): “Waiting…waiting…waiting…You all done?”
It was so cute! I couldn’t bear to make him wait any longer so I got him another marker.

Are we there yet? Are we there yet?.
I think patience is not an inborn trait, but has to be learned.

I love that you keep on keeping on with your blog. Many of the family sites have fallen by the wayside.
