Oceanside California
We had a wonderful mini vacation in Oceanside last week. Our trip was full of beaching, Legos, family and ships! We went to the beach as much as we could. While it was busy, we always found a great little spot and spent several hours there. We went to Legoland and the new water park. We were happy to see many new things and enjoy the lazy river at the water park. My Dad and Betty came down and we enjoyed spending time with them as well. We had a great dinner at King’s Fish House, followed by shopping at the Carlsbad Premium Outlets. We were able to celebrate Betty’s birthday as well! We went to Ruby’s Diner at the end of the pier. We even spotted some dolphins after lunch. Our last day we spent on the USS Midway. The flight deck was a favorite for the boys. Here are a few photos. The rest will be in our gallery.
